This is parkers cute little four wheeler. Before he was able to go out on the dunes he had to take a little test to get his driving permit. You should have seen the look on his face when the ranger handed him his permit. He asked the ranger if it was a license, and the ranger just grinned and said yes for 30 days. parker was on cloud nine the rest of the trip.
